We choose the place because it was an apartment (not 2 hotel rooms) and this would allow our family of 2 adults and 4 children to be in the one place. We found the apartment very spacious and comfortable and an excellent location to walk to resturants at night and feel close to where things were happening. The staff were always polite and helpful.

The Karavansara is a fabulous bargain. It's perfectly located, just across the river, a 5 minute walk from the old market, but on a very quiet street. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The building is new and the restaurant/bar is nicely appointed. Drinks are 2 for 1 from 5 to 7 pm (happy hour). Great shower.
We loved everything. The only thing missing is a fridge in the room.

I liked the interior of the hotel-- simple and tasteful.
The living room and dining room sets had some stains and the kitchen was not clean to match with optimal design of the apartment.

My family of 5 stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and comfortable. It was also walking distance from the center of town and we really enjoyed it!

Very spaceous rooms, very new, design furniture and very modern bathroom. Good location: quiet neighbourhood, just across the water from the busy touristic centre.
Quite expensive for Siem Reap.

i thought the one bedroom suite was good in that it offered a washing machine. however there was no dryer and nowhere to hang our clothes. we booked the suite based on the washing machine. the bed though hard as a rock was clean and good.
it wasnt really clean, the sofa was stained badly, so badly i wouldnt sit on it. there were long asian hairs all over the dining chairs. the suite would better be classed as an apt as they didnt offer any detergents (for kitchen or washing machine), no tea or coffee, milk or sugar yet had a kettle. i was very disappointed and reduced my stay to just one night. the place has potential but the little things arent being attended to.

Friendly staff. The room we got was not to our liking and after some discussion we got a much better one. The hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet street but still close to the center of town. The brand new hotel features a kind of zen design, including the bathroom which looks great but is slightly unpractical. All in all I enjoyed my stay there.
Conveniences like soap and shower caps were never supplied again after arrival. The bathroom could have done with more vigorous daily cleaning.

Everything. It was a perfect hotel, the location is just right, the pool is great after a busy temple day and the food is exquisite. We did a cookery class which was very good. The service is very good as well.

the place was nice as a whole and service was excellent. the place was located in a quiet part of town, but was a 5 minute walk away from the old market.
it was a little pricey and the toilet was a little small.

Apart from the fabulous apartment which was much more than we had expected, and the rooftop swimming pool which the children loved, the best thing about the hotel was the staff, who bent over backwards to be of assistance and even went so far as to babysit to allow the parents to go out one evening.
The breakfast menu is a bit limited.

Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, twice daily room cleaning, cosy restaurant with lovely staff and great food. Good & friendly security and service.
The rooms are a bit sparsely furnished. They could use some chairs and tables on the balcony or some bar stools at the kitchen. Otherwise all perfect.

Well located, beautiful spacious room (convenient enough for long term stay)

I was upgraded to the courtyard room due to minor door faulty. Staff very efficient and room was neat and clean. Location near to the town and walking distance.
To have a do not disturb sign at the door so staff would not simply come in when guests are sleeping

Fantastic accommodation in a very central location that was only a few minutes walk to the markets and pub street. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that was perfect for a group of friends travelling together. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. In addition to breakfast, we ate in the restaurant several times and it was the best food by far that we ate in Cambodia. The two pools are both amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.
We loved the whole experience.
